Furniture. appliances, tools and outdoor items may be purchased or included.

Adjoining the house to the west side is a substantial barn of similar dimension to the whole house. On the main photograph, on page 1, it features as the left hand half of the building. On the lower level it is divided into two while upstairs remains an enormous open space. There is a firm staircase, and electric light and power in all parts. Some years ago we obtained planning permission to make it into another single dwelling but allowed it to lapse as age caught up with us. It could translate into two more gites, a bed and breakfast opportunity or another home with the correct permissions. We use the lower spaces for tools, wood and storage while the upper floor is empty - when our grandchildren were young we had a table tennis table and dart board there.
There two granite outhouses behind the house as well as a another metal store.
The house and cottage sit on a site of approximately 1000 sq.m. There are lawned gardens with shrubs and plants to the front and rear, a gravel drive with parking and turning for several cars. The farmhouse garden is a really private, sheltered space. There is a separate gated parking spot for gite guests. The whole plot is surrounded by hedges of laurel, photinia, blackthorn and thuya, as well as traditional granite uprights to three of the sides. When the gates to the gite are open one can drive in a circle around the property via the three sets of gates.
To the rear is the entrance to a small paddock of approximately 1060 sq m used as a very large and productive vegetable garden by a previous owner - animals grazed it at other times.

The Gite
Adjoining the house is a one-bedroom cottage which has been rented very successfully as a gite for the past thirteen years. It is ideal for couples, who tend to holiday all year round. Most families have only the school holidays and many only take one holiday a year.

The gite is well equipped with wood-burner, modern facilities and furnishings. There is a combined kitchen/diner/ sitting room (4.9m x 3.4m). Staircase to the bedroom (3.45m x 2.5m), and this has a generous en-suite shower-room/dressing room (3.27 x 1.93m).(Floor measurements). Television connection to the satellite system. Connection to WiFi from the farmhouse. Independent water and electricity meters let you charge for utilities.

This would also make an ideal location for your own guests or family - even as a granny or teenager's annexe.

Tall, double, wooden gates between the cottage and the house ensure privacy for all.

Income figures from previous years can be supplied. The income compares very well to the fewer weeks a larger gite would rent for and couples are easier guests than families. We prefer not extend into the winter period - which can be popular.
It has its own entrance gates, sitting out, garden and parking areas.

A large barn offers further possibilities for B&B, two more gites, a studio, business or extending the farmhouse.

The owners own website is available on request. This exceptional stunning property is offered at a superb price, early viewing recommended,
