The ground floor has a reception area, kitchen, store room and staff toilets, as well as the bar and restaurant which is modern and contemporary style with a wonderful French and Mediterranean approach to dining, double doors lead out onto the large terrace which is South facing with stunning views to the mountains. The property benefits from double glazing through out. Oil fired central heating and hot water in the main building, town gas for heating and water in the owner's accomodation.
The oven in the hotel currently runs from bottled gas but will also be changed to town gas this year.
